The Rajasthan Enterprises Single Window Enabling and Clearance (Amendment) Act, 2020 was enacted on 16.09.2020 for strengthening the existing Single Window Clearance System (SWCS) by establishing “One Stop Shop” (OSS) facility in Bureau of Investment promotion (BIP) to facilitate large investment proposals more effectively and expedite requisite approvals / clearances for the same under one roof. Rules for the One Stop Shop has been notified on 26.11.2020.
RAJ NIVESH portal provides a single point (online) interface and a time-bound clearance system by acting as a one-stop information/ registration/ approval/ tracking centre for clearances/approvals.
In addition the portal provides an electronic-based transparent system for online submission and tracking of applications including e-Payments. It will also provide updated information relating to relevant rules, regulations, orders and policy initiatives and schemes for guidance of investors.

Prior to invoking any of the services, you must first register with RAJ NIVESH System. Registration which is a single step process known as ‘Single Sign on ID’ or ‘SSOID’. You first need to register yourself as an individual and get yourself a Login account. User registration will enable to access the departmental clearances required for setting up of the business entity.
You can register to the RAJ NIVESH by any of the following:
1. Aadhaar ID (UID)
2. Bhamashah ID (UID)
3. Udyog Aadhaar No.(UAN)
4. Sanstha Aadhaar No.(SAN/BRN)
5. Permanent Account No.(PAN)
RAJ NIVESH System does not charge any fee for the service rendered. Fee/charges are charged by individual department/authority as per the prevailing rules/acts.
RAJ NIVESH System is integrated with an electronic payment gateway.
The requisite amount of will be communicated to you via email and SMS. The concerned department will communicate to you via portal. You can also check by signing on the portal.
On registration, an email confirmation and SMS will be sent.
In case you forget your username and / or password, please visit the “sign in” and click ‘Forgot Password’ link to retrieve your login details.
RAJ NIVESH System is integrated with department systems and processes. Hence you will receive the status updates on your application on the portal. You don’t have to contact to the department for status update. You can check the status by two ways: First you can check status without signing on the portal by visiting Link . Second, you can also login the portal and check the status.
Personal information can be edited by logging in to RAJ NIVESH website and editing the details. These changes will get reflected in the system once you login the next time.
Enclosures can be uploaded with the application in electronic format.
The information will be communicated to you through email or sms. You can also check after signing in the portal, the requisite clearance documents will be uploaded on your portal.
